Finish the Year with a Positive Attitude
This year has been both amazing and frustrating at the same time. I have learned some important lessons while still in the pandemic. Although, the lessons I learned were from critical mistakes, I have had some successes. One thing I learned is that keeping a positive attitude is part of being successful.
Decide Today
Surrounding ourselves with clutter and disorganization often breed negativity. Negativity affects our self-confidence hindering us from being successful in certain areas of life. It is essential to consistently remove excess belongings from our path to make room for clarity, creativity, and allow positive energy to freely flow.
Core Values
Living in a world of constant change can easily erode the values that are embedded in our spirits. When life seems to take on the opinion of pop culture as being truth, we often miss the slight shifts that come to our belief systems, and how over time those shifts can produce negative impact.
IMPROVING SALES STRATEGY DURING CHALENGING TIMES
Businesses and organisations that enjoyed a pre-covid sales model by now have had to make several major changes or pivots to stay afloat. There’s no quick fix, but most companies can look at the following areas to answer some key questions on how well they may fair for Q3, Q4 and beyond.
From Burned Out to Living All Out
Today's executive woman is under tremendous stress juggling all the demands on her time. The pandemic illuminated burnout, exacerbating the impact of mental fatigue caused by the struggle to “fit in” workplace cultures that simply are not a fit. Not because she is a misfit, but the environments miss the "fitness" for the leader she truly is. Her struggle to “fit” increases anxieties experienced juggling all that she does striving to be the best - executive, entrepreneur, mom, wife, caretaker, grandmother, soccer mom, dance mom, etc... The list goes on.
