LaKisha: An Action Word

LaKisha Mosley is a fierce, bold and witty woman of God who has been blessed with a great responsibility of serving others while exercising a high standard of professional excellence. I am unapologetically fearless to pursue my passion and encourage my followers to do the same. LaKisha is one who leads by example; she’s a fighter, mom, serial entrepreneur, corporate employee and an advocate for changed.

Please tell us what being a business owner means to you and why you became an entrepreneur in the first place? 

It is a huge responsibility as well as a blessing to be a business owner. It means that I get the awesome pleasure of serving others and possibly solving a problem for them. Becoming an entrepreneur was not a goal nor aspiration of mine. I’m not sure why I decided to become an entrepreneur. I just know I am not a very good employee. I like to make my own rules and not always follow the status quo. I love the freedom of being my own boss and making my own schedule. 

Please tell readers about your business what product or service you provide and who your target audience is? 

I have a blog where I share stories about my family, relationships, business and faith. I own an event management firm that has pivoted to virtual event management. Through my firm, my team manages the logistics and day/s of coordination of an event. I also have a podcast where I share convos with entrepreneurs from all over the world about their businesses and the impact they are making in their communities. My target audience is a very diverse group of women from many different countries. They are millennials 25-35 years old; high level entrepreneurs or mompreneurs.
