No Going Back: Finding Peace in the PIVOT

What do you do to protect your Mind, Body, and Spirit? How do you find your inner peace in the midst of outside chaos? Protecting your space and using your voice can be a challenge, especially during times of uncertainty.  We are currently experiencing, both a global pandemic and social unrest and injustice that may feel like we are spinning our wheels and getting nowhere. In those moments when we feel paralyzed by fear, unheard, and overlooked, we must remember that this, is a part of the process to growth. Every step of the path is meaningful and necessary for the change to come.
